Sally is a mountaineering instructor with 10 years experience coaching in the outdoors and a first-class degree in Sport Science from Bangor University.
She enjoys nothing more than using the outdoors to inspire others and sharing adventures. This has taking her all over the world with a huge range of people. From taking families ghyll scrambling in the Lake District, to taking youth offenders into the Scottish mountains, college students trekking in Peru, training new instructors rock climbing on the Cornish sea cliffs, tourists hiking in India and running courses in Spain/Turkey focusing on climbing performance and the climbing head game.
She will be happy having adventures anywhere, anyhow in the outdoors. Realistically though, the odds are that if you see her outside of work she’ll be climbing something! This year she has a sport climbing trip to Costa Blanca lined up; a bouldering trip to Squamish, BC; an alpine mission into the Canadian Bugaboos and will finish up the year in New Zealand to make the most of their trad climbing summer.
